Shipping
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx freight, depending on the size and type of shipment. Other options are available including express service. All orders are FOB Statesville, NC.
Returned Checks
In the event your check is returned for any reason, there will be charge that may be up to $50 and no further orders will be shipped until your account is up to date.
Over/Underruns
Each order we produce for our clients is a custom order. We strive to produce the exact number of items you order, but due to the custom nature of the order it is very difficult to always achieve exactly that number. Clients are responsible for plus or minus 10% on all orders.
Damages
In the unlikely event that you should receive a shipment that has been opened or damaged, make sure the driver makes note of this fact. Please contact us so we can work with the carrier to ensure the claim is properly filed.
Concealed Damage or Shortages
If there is damaged merchandise or shortages when you unpack your order please take pictures as necessary and contact us as soon as possible.
International Orders
All foreign orders must be prepaid. Clients are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Regulations are constantly changing and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure formulas are up to date with regulations at the time of order. Clients are responsible for registering the products in their country.
